Ingredients:
• 2 pounds of Maine shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)
• 13 ounces of pizza dough
• 1 ounce of butter
• 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup white win
• ¼ cup chicken stock
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
• Salt and pepper
Step 1: Preheat oven to 550 degrees
Step 2: Stretch the pizza dough to make a 16-inch pizza. Then proceed to top crust with the mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes (bake on pizza pan or pizza stone).
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over high heat until very hot. Then after removing the skillet from heat, add your shrimp and garlic and toss together. Combine wine, chicken stock and lemon juice to your tossed shrimp and bring mixture back to a simmer, add butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Take your shrimp mixture and spread over your pizza crust and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
