Ingredients:
2 Maine lobster tails
1/2 butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Directions:
Step 1. Melt 1/2 cup of butter in medium sauce pan. Peel the garlic cloves and chop into fine pieces. Add the garlic to the butter and saute until golden brown. Remove pan from heat and pour garlic butter into a 1/4 measuring cup and set aside remaining butter.
Step 2. Slice the back of the Maine lobster tails, cut in half, then open and lay flat. Brush measured melted garlic butter onto the lobster meat and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3. Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat. Place lobster tails on grill and cook for 5-10 minutes. (until lobster meat turns white)
Step 4. Once you removed the lobster tails from the grill, heat up the reserved garlic butter and serve with your grilled Maine lobster tails.
