Lobster tails are a crowd-favorite for those that love seafood. And while baked lobster tails are traditional, you may be looking for something a little more exciting for your upcoming New Year’s Eve celebration.
How about lobster tails stuffed with crab?
Here’s all you need to know to make this delicious entree:
Ingredients (2 Servings):
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tsp melted butter
- 12 crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Split lobster tails along the center top and pull edges apart
- Lift lobster tail meat so it rests above the shell, place on baking sheet
- Brush both lobster tails with 2 teaspoons of melted butter
- Mix together the crabmeat, crackers, 2 teaspoon of melted butter, seafood seasoning, garlic and lemon juice
- Salt mixture to taste
- Spoon half the mixture into each lobster tail
- Bake lobster tails for 10-12 minutes
- Serve
